The Estate
Three floors drawn for the light, five bedrooms, a garden and a heated pool, all turned towards the Riviera.
The house
On a hillside in Grasse, the world capital of perfume, Villa Apolline has stood since 1892. Built by a perfumer, it still wears its original silhouette: a tower, a run of arches, a perfectly symmetrical façade turned toward the light.
Carefully restored, it now welcomes up to ten guests across five bedrooms. But what brings people here is simpler than that — the calm of its tall rooms, the shade of its olive trees, and the rare feeling of living inside a house with a history.
The spaces
Three levels drawn for light and view, opening onto the garden and the French Riviera.

Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a separate WC. The level opens directly onto the garden and the heated pool.

The entrance and its staircase, a kitchen, a living room and a dining room opening onto a panorama that continues across the main terrace. The heart of the house.

Three bedrooms under the eaves, each with its own bathroom. One keeps watch over Grasse from beside its fireplace, eyes on the old town.
Outside
Around the house, life is lived outdoors — from the first coffee to dinner under the stars.

On the entrance side, the water invites you to swim facing the hills, from spring to autumn. The quiet heart of long summer afternoons.

By the dining room, an olive tree shades a large table. This is where meals linger, with family or with friends.

All around, the terraces unfold. Everywhere, the same view over the Riviera and the old town of Grasse.
