Villa Apolline

Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we collect through this site, why, and how you stay in control. We take a minimal approach: we collect only what's necessary and never sell your information.

Data controller

The data controller is the site publisher, identified in the legal notice. For any question about your data, write to us at the address below.

Data collected

Via the contact form: your name, email, stay dates, number of guests, message and your consent. For audience measurement: browsing data, only if you consent.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used solely to handle your stay enquiry (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest) and, with your consent, for site audience measurement. It is never sold.

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to the villa's owners and to our technical providers acting as processors: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon) and email delivery (Resend). The servers used are located in the European Union.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then archived, and at most 24 months in the absence of a contractual relationship.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only after your consent, collected via the banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data. To exercise them, write to us at the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
