Villa Apolline

The Art of Living

To live here, not merely to stay

What you come to Villa Apolline for doesn't fit in a list of amenities. It is lived, hour after hour.

A day at the house

From the first coffee to the last stars

At Villa Apolline, the hours aren't counted. They're lived through.

Morning

Coffee and church bells

You push open the wooden door and lay the table on the terrace. The sun climbs over the hills, and the bells of Grasse ring out below. The day has no plan but the one you give it.

Afternoon

In the shade of the olive tree

A book beside the pool, the cool of the water, the song of the cicadas. Below, the old town shimmers in the heat. Time slows.

Golden hour

A glass as the sun goes down

Light gilds the façade and the warm stone. You open a bottle, settle in facing the view, and watch the hills turn slowly to gold.

Dinner

The long table, under the stars

You dine outside, at length, around the garden table. Night falls over Grasse, soft and fragrant. The conversation stretches on.

Night

The house at rest

The lights go out one by one. The villa returns to its silence, its tower cut against the sky. In the evening, you come back here as you would come home.

Wellness

Calm as a luxury

The house invites rest: the coolness of the high rooms, the shade of the olive trees, the silence of the hills. Swim at daybreak, read out of the sun, breathe.

Here, wellbeing begins simply: the morning light, the cool of the water, naps in the shade and that rare sense of having nothing to rush. Villa Apolline imposes no rhythm; it simply invites you to slow down.

Food & wine

The kitchen, the heart of the house

A large open kitchen, an outdoor table under the olive tree, Provençal markets a step away: everything is here to cook and share long meals.

Here, the table is not a service: it is the heart of the house. You cook with what you bring back from the market, open a bottle facing the view, and let the conversation linger long after dinner.

Families

A house made for your own

Up to ten guests, five bedrooms, a garden and a pool: Villa Apolline is made for big tables, for reunions, and for holidays where everyone naturally finds their place.

People come here across generations, with family or friends. The children live outdoors, the grown-ups linger at the table, and the days take shape with no fixed plan. The house lends itself to reunions.
